  • Drive high-value philanthropy, major gifts and strategic partnerships
  • Oversee brand, marketing and communications as key drivers of engagement and income
  • Build and inspire a high-performing team
  • Work closely with the Board, Capital Campaign Fundraising Committee and senior stakeholders to secure transformational funding

About you

You will be an experienced senior leader with:

  • A proven track record of delivering significant income growth
  • Strong expertise in major gifts, philanthropy and relationship-led fundraising
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, including communications and/or brand
  • The ability to operate credibly at Board level and influence senior stakeholders
  • A collaborative, values-driven leadership style
  • Experience of capital campaigns or working in complex or healthcare environments would be advantageous

Why join us

  • A pivotal leadership role in a highly respected, CQC ‘Outstanding’ hospice
  • The opportunity to influence a £12m capital campaign and shape our future model of care
  • A strong platform for growth with an engaged supporter base
  • A collaborative, ambitious and purpose-driven culture
  • The chance to make a lasting difference to people facing terminal illness and those closest to them
